From my children and partner to my colleagues, friends, and even daily interactions with strangers, these principles have changed how I show up in the world. I am incredibly proud of the connection I share with my own children, especially now that my oldest is 'grown and flown.' I am excited to share these life-changing strategies that support us on a daily basis and for the long run."
