Grade 8 students studying design have been clock-watching. But it has all been to good effect. They have been studying clock designs through history, exploring the period influences on this ubiquitous device, Then, they were invited to take inspiration from their preferred period and create their own timepiece. The recent design presentation of wall clocks showed masses of creativity and design sensitivity, with executions that would look at home in many a location.
