SISMUN 2025 will be a highlight of the year for students involved in the Model United Nations Programme. January 31 and February 1 will be jam-packed with activity as issues are debated, speeches delivered, and resolutions voted on. Issues on the agenda for this session include Migrant worker exploitation in the Middle East or Gulf states and Reformation of the UN Security Council.
The two-day event includes a Mini-MUN session for younger grades who will tackle issues associated with climate change and health.
The students have prepared a website to showcase the details of the agenda, and profile the SIS students engaged in organising SISMUN this year. You can visit the site here.
And for a minute-by-minute account of proceedings our student newspaper, the Quirky Quibbler will be providing up-to-the-minute coverage.
