Welcome to a New School Year with the SPC!

Whether you are new to the school or returning for another year, we are thrilled to have you as part of the SPC (SIS Parents Community), as parents and guardians of students at SIS, you play a vital role in our vibrant community. Our mission is to connect & support families, and the SPC Board is committed to:

• Supporting parents by fostering connections through clubs and events.
• Welcoming new families with our buddy program, website and new parent events.
• Ensuring students have fun by organizing student dances and seasonal celebrations.
• Assisting the school by supporting their organized events, such as reading week and coordinating staff appreciation efforts.

This is a wonderful opportunity to meet the SPC Board, learn more about our activities throughout the year, and discover ways to get involved through clubs, events, and volunteer opportunities. Join us for a relaxed morning of coffee, pastries, and conversation as you connect with other parents and members of the SIS community. Whether you're new to the school or a returning family, we encourage you to bring your questions, meet fellow parents, and learn more about how the SPC helps build connections across our school community. We look forward to seeing you there!

Stay Connected
Our communication channels and content are designed to complement the school's official channels (such as ManageBac and email) and respect privacy regulations. We are in the process of getting all the Grade and Class groups updated on Classlist, so bear with us as we get that process completed!
