The SPC kept the fun going this Winter and now we’re ready for Spring Events with our whole SIS Community!
Our Upper School Students kicked off the fun in 2026 with their Winter Formal, and SPC teamed up with SIS to talk about the important topic of AI in the school learning environment. It’s been a great start for the community and it’s only just begun!
As the days are getting brighter, we’ve got the best way to shake off winter - plan some fun activities together! We have lots in the works for everyone to join in this Spring - students, parents and the whole family. Here’s a rundown of what is coming up:
Middle School Dance (STUDENTS Grade 6-9)
Friday, 20 March - 19:00-22:00 - Norra Latin
Students are invited to Stockholm’s best ‘Disco After Dark’! This Semi-Formal evening planned with a festive black, white and silver theme, amazing DJ, food, photo booth and day-glow fun is sure to be an epic night for students, and the best dance party in town!

Primary Spring Hat Design Workshop (STUDENTS)
Wednesday, 1 April - 15:30 - Johannesgatan Auditorium
(Spring Hat Parade is Thursday, 2 April this year!)
The Spring Hat Parade is a fun SIS Primary School tradition to celebrate the return of Spring with the students! Each child shows their school spirit by creating and wearing festive Spring Hats or a hat from their home culture for a fun School Assembly. Parents are invited to join the festivities where the children show off their creations, make music and have a whole lot of fun!
The SPC holds an after school “Spring Hat Design Workshop” before the event for anyone who needs a little help preparing. What better way to get ready than to combine friends and creativity to bring your kids’ hat dreams to life!

SPC INTERNATIONAL DAY 2026 (ALL COMMUNITY)

Get ready to celebrate, volunteer and show your pride for our global community during this year’s SPC International Day organized by the SIS Parent community (SPC).
What is SPC International Day?
A highlight of the SIS Calendar, International Day is SPC’s exciting all-school event held every year to celebrate the vibrant diversity of our international community! Families are invited to ‘travel the world’ inside Norra Latin and experience the unique cultures and tastes from many of the countries represented in our student body.
